Noemi Bellante Event & Wedding Planner informs you to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 ("GDPR") on the purposes and methods of processing your data.

It transmits our services, transmits or shares with us some information that provides us with providing the requested service and satisfying your needs; we therefore wish to explain the following to you.

1. What types of data do we collect?

  • Data provided to the user:
    Personal data: when requesting the provision of one of our services or when requesting information on our services, we ask you to provide us with the following data: name and surname, age, city or municipality of residence, telephone number and e-mail address;
    Third party data: if you provide personal data of third parties, such as those of your family or friends participating in an event organized by us, you must be sure that these subjects have been informed and associated with regard to the treatment in the ways described in this statement.
  • Data collected automatically:
    Technical data: IP address, type of browser you are using and approximate location of origin.

The personal data processed by us are collected when the user completes the booking form or by contacting us on our website www.noemibellante.com or when the user contacts us by phone, text message, email and/or social network. No sensitive and/or judicial data are processed.

2. How do we use the data collected?
In order to provide our event organization services, we must necessarily treat the personal identification data you provide. The purposes of the processing of personal data are specified below:
a) linked and instrumental to the collection of mandatory information for booking the event and for performing technical-organizational tasks related to the event/wedding;
b) linked objectives and tools for the service objective:

  • Wedding and event organization service: to allow you to receive information on our wedding and event organization service and/or to allow you to receive it;

c) fulfillment of the legal, accounting, fiscal, regulations and community regulations; 
d) communications connected with the provision of the service;
e) communications for promotional purposes of our future events in your city by e-mail or SMS;
These treatments are necessary to correctly deliver Noemi Bellante services to users who subscribe to it.

3. Is the provision of data mandatory? 
The provision of your data for the purposes referred to in points a) b) c) d) is mandatory for the correct organization of the event and for the achievement of the purposes connected with the obligations provided for by laws or other binding regulations. The refusal to provide your personal data determines the impossibility of providing our service to you and therefore the impossibility of participating in one of our events or the impossibility of organizing your event/wedding to Noemi Bellante; on the contrary, their sending automatically determines the acceptance of the processing of such data and the provision of our service.


The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point e) is instead optional and the interested party has, at any time, the free right to object for the stated purpose by communicating it in writing to Noemi Bellante.

4. Processing methods and storage time:
Processing methods and storage time: The processing of personal data is carried out by Noemi Bellante through paper and/or electronic processing according to logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data. The data is stored for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data is collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. Noemi Bellante practices rules that prevent the storage of data indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in compliance with the principle of minimization of data processing.

5. Communication and/or dissemination of data:
Your personal data processed by us can only be communicated and transferred:
- to public bodies and public offices based on legal and/or contractual obligations;
- to the judicial authorities, at their request;
- to employees and/or collaborators authorized by Noemi Bellante to carry out activities and/or services strictly connected and instrumental to the execution and management of event/wedding organization activities.
These employees and / or collaborators act in accordance with specific confidentiality instructions.

6. Procedures for exercising the rights:
At any time it is possible to oppose the processing, ask for the cancellation, modification or updating of all personal information collected by Noemi Bellante, exercising the right to limit the treatment and the right to data portability, by sending an e-mail. email to info@noemibellante.com

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy:
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and any changes will be communicated to you via an email or a notice on our website.
